This podcast explores the unique bond between horses and humans and how we can harness this connection for personal growth and two-way healing.
I am so excited to introduce you to today’s guest, Dana Croschere. Dana is an award-winning film producer and has spent the last 15 years volunteering at various ranches, immersing herself in the transformative world of equine-assisted therapies and witnessing the healing power, presence, and the sacred connection between horses and humans. When I first heard about her latest film, Rescued Hearts (coming in 2024), which takes a look at unpacking this incredible horse-human connection, I knew I had to bring her onto the podcast. In her own words, Rescued Hearts isn’t just the story of horses; it’s the story of all of us and the power that lies within to create healing and transformation in our lives.
Malaine Leah Butler is back in this Part 2 to continue our discussion of the 12 Human Design profiles that deepen the understanding of our human design body charts – both for ourselves and our horses!

Get excited for Part 2 with Danielle Scepanovic! Danielle and I connected over the release of her new book “Some Equine Truths” which tells the story of her mare, Blue, who she lost 4 months after entering into her care and the lessons she learned from the experience. She’s also co-authored another book “Unlocking the Wisdom of Horses Within You” with 17 other authors. We also discovered a mutual fondness for the Akashic records – the book of life – and hoof care. Danielle is a hoof care professional in Canada.
